3. Course Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in a course offered through our Services:

• You agree to pay the applicable course fees as indicated at the time of enrollment
• All payments are processed through our secure payment processors
• Course fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change our fees and payment policies at any time

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided that you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us through the contact form on our website.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to courses, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other materials ("Content"), is the property of CyprusSEO Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software included in the Content
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Content

• Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated information and data
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• THE QUALITY OF ANY COURSES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CYPRUSSEO ACADEMY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CYPRUSSEO ACADEMY FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyprusSEO Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus for the resolution of any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so that it is valid, legal, and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CyprusSEO Academy concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and CyprusSEO Academy regarding the Services.
